Ramon Marks is Vice Chairman of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board. He is currently Chair of the Communications Committee and is the Board Secretary. He has previously served as Chair of the Governance and Projects Committees. He is a retired international lawyer. During his legal career he represented both foreign governments and multinationals on trade and sanctions law matters, including testimony to Congress on export controls and related national security issues.
